Exercise techniques

Technique 1
You can perform this technique if your wish to have larger penis is very strong. Men advise to try it first of all. Ok, do it in standing or sitting down position.

  1. When your penis is in a limp state hold its head firmly with your hand. But don’t be over-diligent; you can cut off too much circulation.

  2. Place your penis in parallel with the floor. Start stretching it as much as you can. But don’t cause pain or some discomfort. Try to keep it in such position for 5 minutes and every minute stretch it farther.

  3. Now relax and to get the circulation flowing again turn your penis about thirty times.

  4. Now repeat Exercise 2 four times , except moving your penis in a different direction each time. After each 5 minute pull, repeat Exercise 3.

  5. After finishing an Exercise 5, pull your penis out directly in front of you one more time. Stretch it for one minute and not jerking too hard, tug it for 10 times.

This technique can give best results within time from 2 weeks till 3-4 months because it is similar to the traditional weight system. But you should use your hand pressing anywhere except dorsal nerve at the top of the penis.

But again, warning, DON’T SHOW EXCESS OF ZEAL! Or you will cut off the circulation.

Technique 2
This technique is similar to the first one.

  1. Again, with the penis in its flaccid state, hold its head firmly with your hand. But be careful. Don’t grip too much.

  2. Place your penis in parallel with the floor. Start stretching it as much as you can. But don’t cause pain or some discomfort. Try to keep it in such position for at least 30 seconds to one minute and rest.

  3. Repeat this exercise in 5-20 minutes of stretching for one session until your penis becomes hard.

Rest for 10-20 minutes after each session.

Technique 3
This technique can be referred to ancient times. According to some surveys it is the first technique among penis enlargement exercises.

It is so-called ancient sexual secret. This exercise consists in stretching the penis in both states: limp and erect.

But this technique should be described in the Taoist teachings. First of all, breath in fresh air through your nose into the throat, then this air should be swallowed and fall into your stomach. When you feel it in your lower abdomen, try to press it into the penis with the help of 3 middle fingers of your left hand. Press them to the Hui-Yin midpoint between the anus and the scrotum.

Then without removing your fingers resume normal breathing. Now start exercising the penis with your right hand. Pull it forward and backward, stretching it out 36 times. With your thumb rub the glans of the penis until it is erect. Now circle your penis firmly. Then still keeping it, place your hand forward an inch. It helps to lock air energy in penis. Then pull the penis to the right rotating it with a stirring action 36 times clockwise and counter- clockwise. Now do the same exercise but to the left. Also, doing this exercise gently beat the inner right thigh with your erect penis 36 times, then beat the inner left thigh 36 times.

Technique 4
This exercise also can be done when your penis is in both states: flaccid or erect. This version is similar to some Ancient technique.

  1. Take your penis with your right hand and pull it forward and away from yourself for about 10 times, each pull 15 seconds.

  2. Now do it to the right, then to the left and finally, down. Each exercise 10 times.

  3. Now until you get an erection rub the glans of your penis. Then circle it with your thumb and forefinger. Now again pull the penis forward for 10 times.

  4. Then the erect penis should be pulled to the right and rotated in small circles for 10 times. Now the same but to the left.

  5. Doing this exercise gently beat the inner thigh with your erect penis, on each side for 10 times.
